This is just a quick head’s up to let you know that we have recently uploaded four new strength training related articles to the main London Personal Training website. In future I may not flag them up on the blog as very soon we will have a very sexy new site that will be easier to navigate now that the content from all the years of magazine articles is starting to add up – to date we have 110 training / nutrition / supplement / fat loss / bodybuilding articles on the site!
