I have mentioned Beta Alanine several times both in this blog and in our main London personal training website and continue to get feedback both from personal training clients and our personal trainers as to just how effective a product it can be for enhancing gym performance.
In and of itself it may not help one to lose fat or build muscle, but anything that assists in markedly boosting training abilities will obviously enable any athlete to reach new heights of physical excellence.
