BioSignature Modulation in Boston, Mass.
I have written long and extensively about the unique analytical tools provided by the effective and informed use of Charles Poliquin’s pioneering BioSignature Modulation theories. The analysis of skin fold ratios and the hormonal data that they can provide can increase the success of both fat loss and muscle building programmes by several multiples in hands of a skilled BioSignature practitioner.
I am fortunate enough to be in a position to regularly consult with Charles Poliquin himself on new theories and thorny problems relating to BioSignature, as well as the fact that our large roster of personal training clients here in London means that I oversee the BioSignature Modulation programmes of hundreds of clients every year. In all aspects of personal training and strength & conditioning coaching it always pays to have great professionals to bounce ideas off of. Over the years I have built up a very talented network of top personal trainers and coaches, none more so than Jason Shea, a Boston, Mass based strength coach / personal trainer who has recently started implementing BioSignature protocols on many of his athletic and regular personal training clients with quite spectacular results. Of course (cough, cough!) Jason has a great resource to turn to as he constantly refines and improves upon his interpretation of BioSignature data (with practice anyone can take the data, the science and art is in how you interpret and apply it), but given his massive preexisting knowledge of strength and conditioning I am sure that I will soon be trying out some of his new ideas for the benefit of my own personal training clients!
For those of you in the Boston area who want to learn more about BioSignature Modulation, I suggest you visit the Apecs website (Jason’s own Boston personal training athletic performance centre) to learn more. For those of you in London wanting to learn more about personal training and how we apply BioSignature, as well as reading out extensive BioSignature article library, then you can also visit our own London personal training website.
