I am currently bogged down in a job that entails me writing about the main energy systems used in top flight rugby matches. Not surprising after a little while ennui can set in when detailing the world of fun of phospocreatine stores, anaerobic glycolosis and lactate thresholds. So in an effort to escape the drudgery, and please bear in mind that it is only 5am on a freezing Saturday morning in January (a time when all right minded men should be curled up sleeping, or at least lazing in bed surrounded by the weekend papers and crunchy nut cornflakes!), I have switched the TV on and have the latest World Cup Skiing event on in the background.
Just my thought for the day…
