GABA is not a precursor to GH. GABA is a molecule that may be an agonist upstream of GH synthesis, as a signaling molecule, but it is not part of the synthesis of GH. A precursor is a molecule that is reacted upon that becomes something else.

GABA improves plasma hormone levels in the body, and aids in proper neurotransmission. it improves the functioning of your central nervous system, and promotes fat loss. it improves the bodys sleep cycle which let me remind you if your brain if releasing any growth hormone its happening in your deepest sleep is when it lets out the most so saying its not a precursor is kinda pushing it because you need a good deep sleep to secrete so much hormones.
