Green Tea Helps to Build Muscle

We (ideally that should at least mine all of our personal training clients who have the luck to read my bon mots!) already know that green tea is a great boost for fat burning as well as being a potent anti oxidant, however new research from the Federal University of Santa Carina, Brazil, has found that 3 cups a day of green tea can help minimise the cell damage caused by resistance exercise, meaning that your muscles will recover faster after an intense workout.

Now that is what I call a good bang for your buck beverage.
