James - these changes were made over a 4 month period. Previously Tom had been your typical weight trainer, always trying to get bigger and somehow thinking he was in great shape. When he came to me I totally overhauled everything, dropped the fat off him and then we added a good deal of muscle. Off the top of my head he lost over 2 stone of fat and put on nearly 2 stone of muscle. Not bad results for a guy who had already been training for several years!
In terms of what I did with him - just the usual thing we do here, periodised BRUTAL training, clever nutrition and supplementation using a mix of BioSignature modulaltion data and my own years of experience, and getting inside his head so that I knew what buttons to push and when.
