Regular readers of this blog will know that I take a great deal of personal pride in the consistently superlative results that we achieve for our clients. It is by no means uncommon for us to take a softish man with a body fat % in the low 20s and turn him into a lean and muscular 10-12% in only 6 weeks with our fat loss personal training programmes. As you can probably imagine we aren’t half bad at putting muscle on people either – our muscle building / bodybuilding results are the best I have ever seen for natural men.
To this end, and long may it continue, we have a growing personal training business despite being in the midst of this God awful recession. I am very lucky in that my reputation and that of our gym is continuing to attract the very highest calibre of personal trainer. This is exemplified by our three newest personal trainers, all of who have joined Ultimate Performance in the last two months and have already made a fantastic impression on both clients and their collegues alike.
Rich Phillipps is a PICP Level 2 Coach with one of the best grasps of BioSignature Modulation that I have thus far seen in any personal trainer.
Tony Bayliss is a former Royal Marine PTI with a client list that includes such celebrities as Benicio Deltoro.
Michael Hoad is one of the younger members of our team (being in his mid 20′s he isn’t exactky a baby but you must bear in mind that we are a bunch of old geezers at Ultimate Performance and perhaps the oldest group of personal trainers you are likely to meet!) with a terrific science based background (MSc in sports science and a Level 3 PICP coach) and an ultra tight attention to detail.
