You're going to have to forgive me for the next two months as I fear I may be given to the odd vexatious rant and moan. The reason for this is that in order to promote a number of projects we are doing this year I have a photo shoot booked in Los Angeles in mid March with top fitness photographer Jason Ellis. I am actually pretty nervous about is as I am my own worst critic, so it isn't acceptable that I turn up in good shape, I have to be in absolutely amazing shape! Achieving my target of 4-5% body fat is going to be a challenge after the accumulation of Christmas flab, especially with everything else that is going on in my life this year (new baby, new gym, new book, and two new as yet only hinted at arms to the UP business), so I need to stay focused, keep my head down, and be prepared to suffer.
