Eight Reasons to Subscribe

1. Updates get delivered to your door. You don’t need to check by to see if I have updated my advice as new posts will be fed through to you immediately.
2. Your body will thank you for the information and motivation you will provide it with. Do you really want to have to come here seeking help and advice when it can come seek you out instead?
3. All the information is free. I am not exactly the world’s most inexpensive trainer and coach, but for my loyal subscribers I lay it all on the line and make myself available to help you in a way that I hope shows you how much I give a damn about helping you make progress and spreading the passion for getting in shape that fills my life every single day. Basically, I live for this stuff and subscribing allows me to share it with you in the most immediate and intimate form possible.
4. All my RSS subscribers get access to unique special offers, but I do encourage you to subscribe to my newsletter as that is the main place where I regularly give things away and make crazy offers to willing guinea pigs who may want to road test new training systems, supplements, equipment, or diets!
5. Over 5,500 newsletter subscribers and 23,000 unique visitors every month (and rising) means we must be doing something right.
6. Whether you are a visitor to my site or to my gyms, you are always a guest in my house. As such all your information is privileged information that I would never share with anyone.
7. Subscribing is worth testing for a few weeks just to experience what new things can you learn. Decide you prefer visiting instead? Just unsubscribe with one click and you are then free to ignore my exhortations and ramblings.
8. All my subscribers are smart, hot and well on their way to having bodies like this!

What is RSS?

Get Tim Ferriss’ #1 New York Times bestselling guide to lifestyle design for less than $15.

With due reference to Tim Ferriss (whose Four Hour Work Week Book is well worth buying from Amazon if you want some super smart tips for simplifying your life and cutting through the information and sensory overload of the modern world) for providing the inspiration for this little section!

RSS—”Really Simple Syndication

This may come as a shock to everyone in the technology crowd, but most people don’t use RSS. In fact I have been aware of it myself since 2008 but only started to put it to good effect in 2010. Shame on me for not maximizing my internet time!

If you don’t use RSS feeds, you should start. It can fundamentally simplify your online life.

Why would you check back to my site everyday to see if I have posted when you can be updated only when it happens? RSS does to your web habits what Tivo did to television—”utterly revolutionise it.
