Bad Cartoon 1: How To get Results as a Personal Trainer

Comments

Finding a halfway decent personal trainer is exceptionally hard.  I should know better than most as I interview dozens every month and am almost always singularly unimpressed.  I have said this many times before but we have the best personal trainers in London at Ultimate Performance and I absolutely refuse to compromise on the quality. It takes experience, empathy, intelligence, integrity and passion to make a great personal trainer.  Every single one of our personal trainers possess these attributes, so it is hard to single any one out but lets take Michael Porter as an example.  He walks the walk, has been training with passion and dedication for over 15 years, takes massive personal interest and responsibility for all of his clients’ results, and is a man who all the junior and senior trainers alike universally respect and look up to.

Sometimes the spoken word has even more resonance than the written one…this first in what may be a series of cartoons could  well have been a conversation that either Michael or myself would have with one of our more misguided contemporaries.

(Oh yes, and thanks to Welsh Wondergirl Rachel Guy for showing me this dreadful bit of technology in the first place!)
