		<description>I do agree that weight lifting can be as effective as running in terms of cardio vascular workouts, however, the way in which most people lift with breaks between sets and men looking to gain muscle rather than health, I don&#039;t believe it is as efficient as running. Circuit training with weights and working in a scheduled quick, high rep programme will match or surpass running. But not otherwise. Ed at get-fit-at-home.co.uk</description>

		<description>Arthur was absolutely correct. Unfortunately, the majority of people still do not understand this today, and waste their time on a variety of relatively inefficient activities when they could be getting much better results with proper strength training.</description>
